Thank you for shopping at Roshaane. We are committed to delivering your favorite ladies' suits as quickly and safely as possible. Below are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

1. Order Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1-2 business days.

  • Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.

  • If we are experiencing a high volume of orders (such as during a new collection launch or sale), shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

  • Standard Delivery (Within Pakistan):

    • Estimated delivery time: 3 to 5 business days.

  • Urgent Delivery (Major Cities):

    • Estimated delivery time: 1 to 2 business days.

    • Additional charges may apply.

3. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

  • Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email or SMS containing your Tracking Number.

  • You can use this tracking number to check the status of your parcel on our courier partner’s website (e.g., TCS, Leopards).

4. Cash on Delivery (COD)

  • We offer Cash on Delivery all across Pakistan for your convenience.

  • Please ensure the exact amount is ready at the time of delivery to avoid any inconvenience with the courier agent.

5. International Shipping

  • Currently, Roshaane ships within Pakistan.

6. Damages & Delivery Issues

  • Roshaane is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping if the parcel was received tampered with.

  • If you receive a damaged parcel, please do not accept it and contact us immediately at shoproshaane@gmail.com.

  • Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

7. Incorrect Address

  • We are not responsible for lost or delayed packages due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer. Please double-check your shipping details before confirming your order.
