Refund policy

At Roshaane, we strive to ensure that every customer is satisfied with their purchase. However, if you are not entirely happy with your order, we are here to help.

Please read our policy carefully to understand the conditions for returns and exchanges.

1. Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns or exchanges under the following conditions:

  • The item was delivered in a damaged or defective condition.

  • The item received is different from what you ordered (e.g., wrong size, color, or design).

  • The request for return/exchange is made within 7 days of receiving the delivery.

2. Condition of Items

To be eligible for a return or exchange:

  • The item must be unworn, unwashed, and unused.

  • All original tags, labels, and packaging must be intact.

  • For Unstitched suits, the fabric must not have been cut or altered in any way.

  • For Stitched suits, there should be no stains (like makeup or perfume) or damage.

3. Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Items bought on Sale or during clearance promotions (unless defective).

  • Custom-stitched outfits made according to specific measurements provided by the customer.

  • Items that have been used or damaged after delivery.

4. How to Initiate a Return/Exchange

If you wish to return or exchange an item, please follow these steps:

  1. Email us at shoproshaane@gmail.com with your Order Number and photos of the product (if damaged/wrong).

  2. Our team will review your request and get back to you within 24-48 hours.

  3. Once approved, you will be required to send the item back to our provided address via a traceable courier service.

5. Refund Policy

  • Refund Method: If a refund is approved, it will be processed through your original payment method or via Bank Transfer/EasyPaisa/Jazzcash.

  • Processing Time: Please allow 7-10 working days for the refund to reflect in your account after we receive the returned item.

  • Shipping Costs: Original shipping charges are non-refundable. The cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless the item sent was defective or incorrect.

6. Order Cancellation

You may cancel your order at any time before it is dispatched. Once the order is shipped, the return policy will apply.
